About BodyTite Turbo

BodyTite Turbo features a longer and more rigid probe that offers greater precision and control over larger or harder-to-reach areas of the body. (1) The BodyTite Turbo machine contains built-in safety sensors to track internal and external tissue temperatures in real time to target the abdomen, flanks, thighs, arms, back and bra line, and neck and jawline. This technology is crucial, as it helps heat stubborn fat cells, which are then gently suctioned out while triggering internal collagen and elastin production for “shrink-wrapped” skin contraction. BodyTite Turbo is powered by InMode’s revolutionary IgniteRF platform, which is a cutting-edge technology that delivers immediate and dramatic body sculpting and skin tightening results with minimal downtime.

Benefits

BodyTite Turbo is powered by radiofrequency-assisted lipolysis (RFAL) on the IgniteRF platform, which targets fat burning and skin tightening. Additionally, it also delivers benefits such as: (2)

  • Heats the deep dermal layers to contract tissue and stimulate collagen and elastin production
  • Delivers 50% more energy for faster and more efficient fat melting
  • Covers broader treatment areas with greater precision and control
  • Prevents extensive linear scars and long recovery periods
  • Dual-temperature monitoring tracks internal and external heat levels in real time to minimize burn and overheating risks
  • Delivers long-lasting and progressive results

Candidates

If you are seeking to reduce stubborn fat and tighten mild-to-moderate loose skin at the same time without major surgeries such as a tummy tuck or other body contouring procedures, BodyTite Turbo may be ideal for you. You must also be in relatively good health, have stubborn fat that does not respond well to diet or exercise, be a non-smoker or be willing to quit prior to your procedure, and hold realistic expectations for your results. However, if you have more severe skin laxity and excess stubborn fat in your treatment zones, you may need an alternative procedure.

Personal Consultation

During your personal consultation, Dr. Bonillas will evaluate your medical history and discuss your goals for your BodyTite Turbo procedure. He will also examine your skin laxity and skin concerns you want to address, such as your abdomen, flanks, arms, thighs, and more. Dr. Bonillas will gather the necessary information to create a detailed and personalized treatment plan that will target your skin laxity concerns as well as reduce the appearance of stubborn fat in bothersome areas. Preparation

To effectively prepare for your BodyTite Turbo procedure, Dr. Bonillas advises you to follow these general guidelines to experience a smooth recovery.

  • Avoid smoking and nicotine products for at least two weeks prior
  • Stop taking blood-thinning medications and supplements
  • Pick up any prescribed medications prior to your appointment
  • Take a shower and clean your treatment areas thoroughly with antibacterial soap
  • Skip makeup and hygiene product application on the day of your procedure
  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing to your appointment
  • Arrange transportation back home and a caregiver to assist you for at least 24 hours

Procedure

At the beginning of your procedure, you will receive local anesthesia or light oral sedation to completely numb the treatment zone(s) to minimize discomfort. Dr. Bonillas will make tiny incisions in discreet and hidden locations that will be small enough to heal without the need for sutures. (3) Next, he will use a tumescent fluid infusion and inject it into the targeted fat layers to target the fat cells and further numb the area. He will take the dual-electrode BodyTite Turbo device and insert it into the skin; the internal cannula goes under the skin into the fat layer while the external electrode glides across the skin’s surface. The BodyTite Turbo device delivers controlled radiofrequency from the internal cannula to the external plate, which liquefies and melts away fat cells while the thermal energy tightens the skin tissue and stimulates collagen. Depending on how much fat is present in your treatment zone(s), Dr. Bonillas will then suction out the fat gently or leave it as the body can naturally metabolize it. Lastly, your incisions will be left open or covered with a small bandage, and he may provide you with a specific compression garment to support contouring and healing.

Recovery

After your procedure, you may feel mild-to-moderate soreness, tenderness, swelling, bruising, or numbness, which is normal and will subside after a couple of days. You should continue to wear your compression garment if instructed by Dr. Bonillas to minimize swelling. You may return to your regular routine and normal daily activities after five days; however, you must wait around three weeks until you can return to aerobic exercises.

Results

Immediate improvements in shape and reduction in fat will be noticeable after your procedure, but deep collagen production and optimal skin tightening will continue to develop progressively over three to six months and beyond. (4) Your results are also permanent, as the fat cells removed from the treatment zones are permanently eliminated. BodyTite Turbo may also help smooth mild-to-moderate laxity without large surgical scars.

Cost of BodyTite Turbo in Scottsdale

The total cost of your BodyTite procedure varies depending on the severity of your skin laxity and stubborn fat present in your abdomen, thighs, arms, and other body sections. Dr. Bonillas will provide you with a detailed cost outline after creating a personalized procedure plan during your consultation.
