Breast Implant Revision Case #12202

37 y/o Caucasian female underwent breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon. She subsequently had bottoming-out of her implants, as well as, left implant deflation. She underwent bilateral lower pocket tightening followed by exchange of her implants for silicone implants (300 cc each). Shown here before and 1 year after the procedure.
