37 y/o Hispanic female desired eyelid rejuvenation. In particular, she complained of extra skin and fullness in her upper eyelids and fullness to her lower eyelids. She underwent a quad blepharoplasty (skin, muscle, and fat excision in upper eyelids and transconjunctival fat resection with no skin removal of lower eyelids).
