61 y/o Caucasian female underwent bilateral subcutaneous mastectomies, breast augmentation with saline implants, and a full scar mastopexy by another surgeon many years back. She desired perkier breasts. She underwent a bilateral exchange of her implants for silicone implants (300 cc each), bilateral inframammary Strattice slings, and a revision Wise pattern mastopexy.
