Breast Implant Revision Case #12193

44 y/o Caucasian female underwent breast augmentation with saline implants, followed with exchange to anatomic saline 505 cc implants. She complained of too long looking breasts and desired exchange for much larger round silicone implants. She underwent a bilateral exchange of her implants for smooth round silicone implants (800 cc each), as well as, bilateral Seri inframammory slings.
