50 y/o Hispanic female with upper back, shoulder, and neck pain secondary to her large breasts. She underwent a Wise pattern, inferior pedicle breast reduction with removal of 561 grams of breast tissue from the right breast, and 518 grams from the left. This alleviated her symptoms.
