42 y/o Caucasian female desired breast enhancement after losing ~135 lbs with gastric bypass. Underwent augmentation with a 500 cc silicone implant in her left breast and a 400 cc silicone implant in her right breast (due to her asymmetry), and a lift using the circumvertical technique.
