54 y/o Caucasian female underwent breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon years back. She now desired a revision and silicone implants. She underwent a bilateral exchange of her implants for silicone implants (325 cc each), as well as, a circumvertical mastopexy. Shown here before and 3 months after the procedure.
