Breast Case #12220

38 y/o Caucasian female underwent breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon years back. She subsequently had spontaneous deflation of one of her implants and underwent iatrogenic deflation of the other implant. She then desired an implant exchange for silicone implants. She underwent a bilateral exchange of her implants for silicone implants (457 cc each). Shown here before and 6 weeks after the procedure.
