Blepharoplasty Case #12387

67 y/o Caucasian female desired eyelid rejuvenation. In particular, she complained of extra skin and fullness in her upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags. She underwent a quad blepharoplasty (skin, muscle, and fat excision in upper eyelids and transconjunctival fat resection, internal lateral canthopexy and pinch skin removal of lower eyelids) in the office-setting under oral sedation and local anesthesia.
